For those who are just starting their career path, we offer structured support in the transition from study to employment. At Hisense Europe, we develop programs for young people, such as the special Campus project, which allows employment immediately after graduation and gradual introduction to work with mentoring. At the same time, it also offers the opportunity to gain international experience, as individuals can work with teams abroad.
